complaint against E. Burnham Cosmetic Company and RMCB retrieval masters

I have a same complaint against E Burnham Cosmetic Company and RMCB as many other people have.

Luckily, both jars of creme (free sample and the other one which I have never ordered) are still I have, packed as it is. I am more than happy to return this product to company but do not willing to pay for something, which I never order.
