Complaint re Cingular and collection agent ER Solutions

I have received numerous calls from IR solutions claiming I owe money to

Cingular. Since I have several Cingular phones and always pay my bills the

day I get them I called Cingular and they could not find a bill owed. More

calls from ER solutions ( rude threatening calls) and I called

Cingularagain. They gave me another number which put me on hold for long

enough that I gave up. I wrote a letter to Cingular in January which was

never answered and more calls from ER. All this and I have never received

written correspondence from Cingular stating that I owe any bill. ER

suggests that it doesn't matter if I do not owe the bill, just pay it or

they will damage my credit.
