First Premier Bank

Dear Complaints;

I found your web site this morning when I did a search to see if there is a

class action suit against FPB that I could join. Almost a year ago with a

small inheritance my husband and I got rid of as many credit cards as we

could, because they ALL to some degree scam and over charge, but First

Premier is THE WORST! In getting rid of them last year I sent payment in

THREE different ways and kept being told that they had not received it. We

had to cancel a money order, close an account, and do a stop payment, to be

sure they could not double dip. In the middle of that they got my husband on

the phone and convinced him he must wire them $50 immediately. We were glad

to finally be rid of them, at a cost of nearly $400 plus the hassles and

anxiety.

NEW SCAM...My husband filled out an on line app for a Visa/Master Card with

NO indication of what sub-company was making the offer until after he

hit "submit". Same as some of the other complaints they are now charging

$179.58 just in fees to get started.

If any one is starting a class action suit let me know. Untill then I plan

to send multiple copies of all my letters to them. And on the occasions that

I get one of their opperators on the line I will urge them to quit because I

would be ashamed to work for such a devious company.
