Wireline Phone Connection -Tata Indicom

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for wireline phone connection through one of the executives of M/s Tata Indicom for Wire Line Phone connection.It has been 15 days and no actions have been taken by the service provider.At the time of taking application they promised to do it in 4 days time but no sign of these people till date.
