Whirlpool Inside AC Disabled Person Not able to get to the phone on 1st 4 rings

My Name is Glenn and my wife is Kimberly Goodell, we live at 1130 N. K. St. Lake Worth, FL 561-547-0879. We have a medical condition that prevents us often from answering the phone 100% of the time. A and E Has scheduled 6 visits and failed to show up once. Being on disability as was explained to the phone tech is not an adequate accommodation that they are will to make. At this point I am left with no other alternative to take the matter up the ACLU and Legal Aid for failing to making accommodation for people with disabilities. They do not give us a direct line to the tech. This is discrimination; with my disability I do return call right away though I can not always get to the phone n 4 rings. Because this has been explained, and I have even disclosed the disability (unnecessary) in the hopes of getting this resolved I feel no other option but to take further legal/complaint/BBB action. I am sorry, but left with out options. Hurricane season is coming and if I have to suffer because of the warranty deficiency my health will be put at risk and cause possible damage and uncomforted to say the least. This is my please for help and the only one that will be sent as I have tried for 2 months. Sears should be ashamed for putting a disabled person in this situation adding stress for policy that does not take in to account disabled people.
