I Richard Ortiz suffer a phisycal Injury on my job,Wich now Iam on work man compersation. Wich my job inform me to cancel my week of Easter vacation.my compliant is I spoke to a supervisor Frank, From US Airways to see if he could wave the one hundred dollar fee for each passenger do to the cancelation was mandertory due to works man compersation. I have proof. a). Letter from works man compersation. b).Emegency room documents. c). Phisycal Therapy documents. Iam a consumer from US Airways and I dont know, How much a ticket will cost me my next flight. I feel its not fare they are not making any Arrangment with me. Thank You.
