Fifth Third Bank

Fifth Third Bank is a completely incompetent bank. I have called for

months trying to get them to change my address, and each time they say

it is taken care of, only for me to find that it hasn't been. The

Jeanie machine recently ate my card, at which time I went inside the

bank to retrieve it, but was told I can't. Since I live a while away,

I figured I would call and have it sent to be. But, lo and behold,

they won't send it because they are incapable of updating my address

correctly. The odd thing is that I have received mail from them at the

correct address, so they must have it in there somewhere. I have had

problems with this bank many times, it's not worth it.

Also, since my husband opened his account in a different state, we

cannot transfer money between our two accounts. He would actually have

to fly back to his former state, close his account, and reopen it here

for us to be able to transfer between the two. It's ridiculous.
