RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. Currently under an on going State Investigations into Substandard building in San Luis Obispo's RANCHO OBISPO Development by CSLB Investigators now facing more charges. The California Department of Fish & Game Special Agent Todd Tognazzini requested this week that CRIMINAL Charges be filed againt RW Hertel & Sons, Inc. for the Criminal and illicit dumping of Construction Waste Dirt from the Las Lomas Housing development in Atascadero, CA Agent Tognazzini said after taking a statement from Hertel's Project Manager Jim Burns of Paso Robles, CA there was more than enough evidence to Charge RW Hertel with the illegal dumping into the Salinas River in Atascadero. RW Hertel misled the City by taking out a Balanced Permit stating under Oath they were NOT going to reomve any Construction waste dirt from the Las Lomas Development when in fact over 7,000 cubic yards of this dirt vanished some into the Protected and Pristine river the other dirt has yet to be located and RW Hertel is not commenting, they are facing numerous State Complaints and are under Federal Investigations as well....
