gas prices at casey's

the casey's store in Hamilton, mo 64644, The gas prices are way to high, at this time they are 2.79 a gallon. Polo is just 14 miles away and ther gas is 2.68 a gallon, why is this? Kansas gas is lower than Hamilton gas at this time, and it should not be, kansas has a higher tax. Sounds to me casey's are ripping people off. Thanks for you time
