Dear Sir,

I am located at Allahabad and i have taken your broadband connectin at home and office .Before becoming ur client i was using broad band connection from bsnl data_1 both at home and office.It seems i did a mistake switching over to you from bsnl.

My nephew is studying abroad and i continuously voice chat with him.but since when I took your connection it has become very difficult for me and my family members to talk to him.Maybe you dont give the required bandwidth to your consumers resulting in breaking up of voice chat.

Will you please look into the matter and solve my problem at an early date failing which i would have no other option but to surrender your connection.
