I am writing just to warn others to stay away from Sears, especially for heating and cooling. We have had a nightmare with this since we installed two new heat pumps and the nightmare continues, close to a year later. We had emergencies, where water was coming out of the air conditioning vents and the air conditioining went off on the hottest days of August. Got no response from Sears, despite our many calls.

They are horrible at servicing what they sell or keeping their end of the contract. Stay away from them.
