hi this is zakir husain khan here.

i have surrendered my sbicard no 4317 5756 0460 3804. i have used your card only two times and the credit amount was paid in time ie with in 45 days. apart from the drawn amount i was made to pay Rs3200.00,and surrendered the card about five months back itself. later i was asked to pay 560.00 to settle my account and again i have paid 270.00 through cheque and every time they promised to settle and close the account. but even today i am getting calls from your bank disturbing my peaceful life through calls and letters. i am wondering why i have taken the card from the cheaters.

i am badly hurt by the bank's cheating policy. every time they ask me to pay so much amount and promise to settle the account but every time i make the amount they keep on repeating the demand for the money.

i would like to request you for close the account and settle the matter and send me a full statement for my account and settlement letter immediately. or else i would approach the consumer court for justice.
