The Rim Shop

The rim shop was where I purchased a set of rims for a 1988 Caprice. One of the rims had chrome missing and when I reported it to the business the manager said he would replace the rim. A week later when it was time to replace the rim, he claimed it had been damaged and would sell us another at cost. When the rim was already damaged when we purchased it.
