Purchased a Pre-Owned car from company with a verbal guarantee the car had never been wrecked. Soon discovered the car had been in a serious collision and that we had paid several thousand more than it's actual worth. I spent many weeks asking for a refund. The employee handling our complaint tried to convince me that I was wrong about the damage (which I was not) and that I was only entitled to an exchange vehicle on their lot. Had to take legal action before I felt they took us seriously. One year later, the problem was resolved. If you want to buy from ANY Stevenson Automotive Group Dealership, I recommend you question every dent and ding on the car, inspect those areas fully and have a major inspection performed by a mechanic.
