Regarding Wrong Deductions from my RELIANCE Prepaid Mobile Service Dear Sir, I am Kunal Kumar Shah, a Prepaid Customer of Relaince mobile service from 18-Feb-05 (appox) with number 93250 51213. I have a small concern with respect to the wrong deductions made from my Prepaid amount. 27-Apr-06 7:55 PM (approx) : I have dailed *367 from my mobile and came to know that my balance was Rs.1428 (approx) 27-Apr-06 8:00 PM (approx) : I made a STD call , which lasted for 4 minutes (approx). 27-Apr-06 8:07 PM (approx) : I have dailed *367 from my mobile and came to know that my balance was Rs.1388 (approx) Now, my balance has reduced Rs.40/- for a call made for just 4 minutes duration of a STD call. I have not used R-World service or SMS service in the past 72 hours. Hence , there are no pending deductions left during my call. Hence I would like to know, why so much money has been deducted. Please verify the records and provide me with the details of the deduction. Bad Experience with Customer Care: 27-Apr-06 8:10 PM (approx) : I have dailed *369 from my mobile and was connected to customer care excecutive named Sangeeta/Sandeepa. She kept me on hold, for 7 minutes (approx) in lieu of finding the information and concluded that the deductions have been rightly made. When I strongly asked what were the deductions, she said she is not able to see the system , as the page is not being displayed and she asked me to call after 30 minutes. Reason for dissatisfaction: Sangeeta/Sandeepa did not have the right information, so she was stating that the deductions were rightly made and only after I insisted she told the truth. 27-Apr-06 9:30 PM (approx) : I have dailed *369 from my mobile and was connected to customer care excecutive named Somnath. He kept me on hold for around 8 minutes (approx) in lieu of finding the information and concluded that the deductions have been rightly made. But, when asked for the details , he said that a few pending deductions might have been made and hence such huge deductions. Since, I was not satisfied with his answer and he not divulging the details, I asked him to redirect me to the complaint logging department. He in turn directed me to the supervisor named RaviKumar. Mr. Ravi Kumar kept me on hold for around 16 minutes (approx) and came up with information that I have made 2 STD calls. I confirmed to thim all the details again and told him that I have made only 1 STD call , and asked him to log a complaint. But he was adamant and he did not log a complaint. Reason for dissatisfaction: Somnath did not have the right information, so he was stating that the deductions were rightly made and only after I was not satisfied he directed me to Supervisor. RaviKumar was adamant in not providing the details and he did not even log a complaint. I really don't know , who decides to log a complaint, because as far as I know, if a customer is dissatisfied ,the customer care has to log a complaint. But Mr. RaviKumar was a law in himself and did not log a customer's complaint. Finally I would like to conclude that, Its my money which has been deducted and I have every right to know the details. Hence I request Reliance to provide me the details of my deductions and also, please ask the customer care to give correct answers, instead of each one giving his own version of thoughts. Hoping this mail will make a difference and an action will be taken in reimbursing the Wrong Deductions from my account and an explanation will be provided.
