Coricraft couch

I bought a Coricraft couch from a business called Cherub Interiors in Vryheid that have since closed down. Needless to say, this is one of the most comfortable couches you have ever come across. The problem that is now arising after daily use of approximately three years, is that it is sagging badly. Firstly, the inside padding of the bottom is collapsing and secondly, the cushions are fine when you puff them up but they collapse the minute you sit on them. When I bought the couch I was told that the filling will not collapse and will keep its shape. It did do this for a while but not for very long. Surely there must be something you can do to remedy this problem! Living in the last outpost does not make it easy for a consumer to get help of any sort once you have bought a product. I do hope that Coricraft will be the exception because I truly love my couch.
