Circuit City - blank DVD's

I have had to return blank DVD's so many times that I am convinced when there is a bad run of DVD's from the manufacturer, that Circuit City puts them on sale with a 30 day return policy, so people who don't try them right away are stuck with them. I have learned (the hard way) to try a couple of disks when I buy them right away.

The last five times I bought disks on sale (two different manufacturers) from C/C three times they were bad. This is just too much of a coincidence.
