Best Buy stinks as usual

Best Buy stinks as usual I purchase a brand new notebook computer from Best Buy on March 25, 2006. The battery is defective because it will only stay charged for 30 minutes. I purchased a Protection Plan. I called the 800 number on the Protection Plan only to be told to call the local store. I called the locall store and was told to call the 800 number on the Protection Plan. Someone please help these idiots. I was finally told to bring the computer into the store and they would test the battery. I would like to know what they are going to test the battery with? I wonder if I am supposed to wonder around the store for 30 minutes while some idiot plays around with my computer until the battery runs down? I wish someone would come into town with a store that actually cares about the customer. There isn't ONE store today that gives a damn about the consumer. They only care about making money and the consumer can drop dead. If anyone that reads this post is having problems with Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City or any other store, please write to your State Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau in your area and file complaint after complaint until someone listens. We all work too hard for our money today, and we shouldn't be ignored when we have a complaint about something we purchased. ________________________________________________________________________ Check Out the new free AIM(R) Mail -- 2 GB of storage and industry-leading spam and email virus protection.
