AMC for eureka forbes water purifier

I entered into AMC with eureka forbes for their water purifier ST-2000 system installed in my house vide contract receipt no. ag96b 11823657 dt 25.04.05.

First service was done on 25.04.05 and later on no body appeared for the service.

I wanted to contact their office , but was not able to locate as their was no local address and local phone no mentioned in the receipt.

Meanwhile I had to change my residence to another place in the same locality but could not find eureka forbes and I had to get it done thro some other agency.

The AMC contract was valid upto 24.04.06 but I am totally dispointed as I did not get any service and could not contact eureka forbes for it as there was no mention of any local contact address in the receipt.
