Fw: Cancellation Below is the correspondence I sent one week ago to cancel my online purchase of McAfee Internet Security Suite. I never received a response back and I just checked with my credit card and I still have the $87.51 charge on my account.
Prior to sending my initial correspondence I attempted to cancel it via phone. After over 30 minutes on hold I was told to call 801-431-1759. I called that number, and after being on hold for exactly an hour I hung up and sent an email to Email User
I waited one week for a response, checked my card account, and when I found I was still being billed, I attempted to call (at my expense) the number on my receipt, 408-992-8599. After another several minutes on hold I hung up.
Between now and the time that I get my credit bill, I will continue this correspondence on a weekly basis. Even though by now I'm certain not to get a response I will use this correspondence (and my phone bill) to contest this purchase when I get my bill.

I was unable to download it so I have uninstalled all McAfee products off of my computer and installed security software from another vendor.
