owed About three years ago I became ill and was hospitalized for about a year. I had to file bankruptcy and all of my debts including all of my Capital One credit cards were relieved by the bankruptcy court. As of a year ago Capital One and its representatives started calling me and trying to trick/scare me into paying off the debt even though I give them the Lawler's information. They constantly harass me by calling four and five times a week. Each time they call they tell me that they do not have a record of bankruptcy or a record of me giving them any information. I don't know what to do to stop this constant harassment. They usually have investigative reports (such as Asa Aarons for WNBC in New York) who can help you get these people off your back. I am having trouble with Capital One myself. They are very rude and nasty when you speak with them on the phone. Good luck. I hope you get the answer you need.
