What has happened so far …………


I ordered 2 items in November 2005 of which one was received after a month and the other value of $56.99 never appeared. (Order 3199)


These had to be ordered via emails not a secure server on their site as the second item had no order number.


They could not accept my credit card or a credit transfer so i had to send a Western union money order at my expenses from this side plus the charges in America for picking it up (another $20)


I was offered a credit at the shop for the missing item and ordered an item valued at $ 49.99 ( $8.00 less than the lost item ) I presumed I could order something of similar value.


The first parcel had a postage stamp of $25.00 and the total I had sent for postage was $69.15 as I still had approximately $44 postage I had paid for the item I had never received and paid insurance cover on both parcels yet I was asked to send a further $50.05 to cover postage !!!!!!!!


More than the actual item requested.


I declined and asked for my money back instead as I did not want to send more money at my expense for their error.


I was informed postage is not covered by insurance , but this was not told to me when ordering and is NOT on their web site as they say.


The first parcel took a month instead of 4 – 10 days because my mobile number was not on the parcel as “specifically “requested. I assume that is why the second parcel did not get to me , which is the company’s fault not mine


I was then offered a company cheque which is no good outside of the USA so was unacceptable to me as I live in the UAE


Eventually I was offered an International money order for the item ( 23/2/06) which I accepted and gave details of where and how to send it.


To date I have recieved nothing 26/04//06 and no response or confirmation of any kind despite 12 emails to date.


The last comunication from them was on the 23rd February.


My emails are being ignored and I am out over US$100 which is about DH 400 in my currency, a lot of money to me. I have offered various solutions to the problem but no response to date. I have all the emails sent and received from the start of this order as proof of what they promised and have not delivered.


Damage Resulting

I am out Dh 400 which i worked hard to save plus the time and effort and traveling expenses just to find the first parcel, plus time spent on the internet emailing and getting ignored by the company. I am now angry and frustrated at their lack of communication and wish that companies that are not equipped to deal outside of the US of A would not make promises they cannot keep at the customers expense.


Can you help me get my money back ?
