My complaint is that they traumatized my dogs while they were there for training for 2 weeks. No one person in that business told me I could come watch my dogs train. They evaluated my dogs so-to-speak, shoved papers in my face to sign, took my dogs out of the room before I could say no to them staying, demanded $770.00 as 1/3 of the payment and told me to come back in 2 weeks. When I went back to get my dogs, my older dog looked pitiful. Had lost at LOT of weight and acted afraid of the trainer. My younger dog was ok but already knew the things that they so-called stated they trained her in. My older dog knew how to sit, stay and shake before. I went there for help because the 2 dogs got into a fight and I thought they could help. Also the younger dog chewed on things. It took me nearly the whole week to get my older god to regain some of her "spirit". I was to take the dogs back in a week for more training, so I did. The minute I pulled in there parking lot both dogs started shaking uncontrollably and threw up. I called and had a friend take them home and I went inside to speak to the trainer. He told me it was because they didn't want to be there to learn to behave. I asked about a refund and he said I know they won't do that unless you have gone thru the training. What training? No one person said anything about what they were going to train my dogs, there was no detailed information about the training, nothing. I made another appointment in good faith trying to abide by the so-called contract and took the older dog in and left the other one in the car. The older dog shook for over 30 minutes while I was in there. My trainer had just unexpectedly stop working there after he told me the week before that other dogs had acted the same way. The other person took my dogs leash and choked her. I told him to stop. He walked her around, she was shaking so hard she could hardly stand up. They put me in a room and told me a supervisor Mat would come talk to me, he never came and the receptionist Samantha said I didn't have to come back. She witnessed the uncontrolalbe shaking and told me she would have Jaime call me. I called him 2 times and finally spoke to him. He told me he would not refund my money because I didn't live up to the contract. It doesn't state anything about having to go to lessions, etc. I told him that I would file with the BBB, Attorney Generals Office, the news media. He said he would compromise and send the trainer to my house. I told him I wanted a refund, he said no. I told him the keeping my money consisted of theft and fraud. He said he didn't care and hung up on me. I don't have an appointment for the trainer to come to my house because he hung up on me, but why would my dogs be so traumatized over there stay there and the trainer. I asked to see the facilities but they did not show me where my dogs stayed. I want a refund because they did not live up to there agreements and state that dogs are treated gently, with praise etc. and not traumatized. If shaking so hard you puke it not being traumatized I don't know what is?
