McAfee Security Suite

I think people should know that you will not receive your so called "rebates" for purchasing their products. For two years in a row I purchased their Security Suite virus/spam protection online and for two years in a row they refuse to send the rebate. I followed their instructions to the letter and have never received my rebate. They don't even have the courtsey to reply to you when you question them. Upon checking the tracking status it says I didn't respond to an email. The only email message I received from them is below. I have emailed their customer service four separate times and they will not respond.
