Vonage telephone service

broad band telephone service. I have Vanage telephone service. Often Time Warner internet connection will not detect my telephone and that shuits down my computor. I am trying to uninstall Vonage but they give me telephone number; I call, and they give me another telephone number. I call, and they put me on hold for 25 minutes or more. So ffor, I'v been unable to cancil this account.
