For the past 3 months I have nothing but trouble with sprint pcs. I have been a customer since 1999. I have always paid my bill on time and around the 3rd of every month. with no trouble in the past. now in april of 2006 I'm being charged a late fee when I paid on the 3rd of the month seeing that is the norm for me and it stated on my online bill to pay by the 3rd. When I saw a new statement for may with a late charge attached I made a call. well alot that did me. One rep though said that it would be takin care of and that they would credit that late charge. And now after all that they are charging me double for the month of april 2006 in the amount of $65.46. when I had made a payment on april 3rd in the amount of $65.13. I called with no satisfaction. They stated that seeing that they change the due date to may 8th $8.00 charge to have a due date changed on their end. But now they are stating that this charge of $65.46 is due now statement dated april 13th and that disconnection imminent. well I don't agree with their statement this charge of $65.46 should be due on may 3rd and no earlier. I have tried to talk with them on the phone and emailed them and still not getting a concrete satisfied answer. So on the date of may 3rd I will pay the $65.46 plus the added 150.00 to termniate this companies business with me. I refuse to pay any earlier than the due date that I know is correct.
