cingular mobil phone This is about the connection I get with Cingular. It's not good at all. I basically call my husband and family members. We get a lot of breaking up and lost connections. Sometimes we can't get through or get a busy signal when no one is on the phone. People tell me sometimes when they call me they get a recording that says I'm not taking calls. They do not get my voice mail even though I set it up. If I were running a business, I would have to address that issue. I've decided to switch providers when my contract expires.
Now, I have had a great customer service experience with Cingular. I've had to call twice, both times my fault. I'm thinking about switching to Verizon, but I have them for DSL. They have the opposite problem. Connection is normally good. Customer service is the pits. When I have an hour sometimes, I'll document that experience.
