Wilshire Credit Corporation-Oregon and Georgia Divisions Although we are at their mercy of lenders servicing your loan, their customer service/real people agents are horrendous.
We have either been put on hold for no less than 40 minutes or longer. I purposely took the day off so that I could speak to a live person. I tell you no lie; I was on hold for 5 hours! When I did get someone she told me, Ms. Proffer that she would not have held on the line for 5 hours. I stated to her that the voicemail system would not allow a message to be left; of course she denied that her voicemail box was full and that she only had one call (that’s why-because no other caller was able to leave any message). Instead of trying to resolve the issue for not being able to leave a message, she insinuated that I was a liar.
Anyhow, I am actively advocating and telling the world to not use Wilshire Credit Corporation for any financial need you may have. Trust me, once you are financed, you will never be able to speak to a live person who cares enough to treat you like a customer or even do what they are paid for! Assistance.
