Taco Bell

Taco Bell I went to order a dinner at the Taco Bell in Estes Park, Colorado. First, I had to wait 5 minutes while Juan did personal reading. After I ordered my dinner (#168 for $7.37), I waited in front. Order #169 came and went. I then watched as 5 employees were laughing and talking, doing no work at all for my order (there were no other customers at this time, approx. 7pm). Now I'm standing right in front of them, and they are looking at me and laughing, though I do not know what about since they are speaking spanish. Finally, after waiting 12 minutes, I gave up and left. I called 1-800-TACO BELL for customer service. The representative kept telling me that this behavior was not indicative of TACO BELL, and said nothing about contacting this TACO BELL for further investigation. I've been to other TACO BELL'S--for example, the one in Boulder, Colorado. The service there is quite remarkable, even for the food quality. But this TACO BELL in Estes Park, a resort community, is a terrible example of a business taking advantage of people's time and money. I feel sorry for the summer tourists who will be coming here to this establishment without any warning. What do you suggest? The Colorado State Attorney?
