Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service

Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service My husband & I bought a 2006 Town & Country from Sunnyvale Chrysler Jeep Dodge in El Camino, Sunnyvale, CA. Since they can't locate the other key, they only gave us one key for the car. We were told that someone will call us for an appointment to have another key made. We did received a call to bring the car back for a 9:00 am appoinment. We arrived at the service area at 8:45 am on the appointed date. We were told that it'll only take about 45 minutes to complete the job. We went to the waiting area and waited. Everytime my husband check, he was told that they were working on it and will be finished soon. After an hour & a half of waiting we noticed that we were the only one left in the waiting area. Everyone who was there and those who came after us all left driving their cars out of the dealership. WE can see the coming and going of the cars being serviced since the waiting area is surrounded by glass windows & doors. There were around a dozen of cars that came for service. My husband went out to look for our car and it was sitting in the service garage. We went to talk to the service manager on the floor and were told that it took longer because there were over 40 cars being service that day (which we know was bull). That's the only time that they page the key person and someone finally started working on the car. It took about an hour for him to finish. What's aggravating was that instead of the manager admitting and apologizing for having forgotten about our car he cooked up this story about 40 cars. They were not very pleasant and were very sarcastic. We are not going back to that dealership for anything, even if it's the last dealership in the area. I would not recommend the place for anyone.
