british gas contract

I wish to complain about the substandard service received from british gas . On 3 occassions british gas have called to repair washing machine to no avail . Contract states that if appliance cannot be repaired an amount of money will be offered towards a new appliance . I have rang British Gas on numerous occassions to ask what is happening and have had no reply !!!
