VONAGE VOI

Hi, my name EZJOSE. I tried to change my phone line to VONAGE my number used to be 201-430-4338. But it took so long I have to cancel. VONAGE charged my credit card with $43 dollars, then monthly fee of $17.50. I did get $17.50 dollars back. In addition 0f the $43 dollars, another $42 and change was debit from my credit card. $85.00 dollars total. I dispute this charge in my credit card and with VONAGE. I was told I had to return a connector, I did return it. But now VONAGE is saying that 42 dollars is for shipping and handling. The $43 dollars is the penalty for canceling the service. I never got to use it. VONAGE what a company?. It is legal?. Can they charge termination fee? It doesn’t say so in the internet.
