ON STAR CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD DESPITE ME TELLING THEM NOT TO.

In Dec of 2005 i recived a notice that on star will be billed to my credit card automatically if i did not notify them.

So I notified them not to renew my subscription.

On the first week of April i was called at my home to renew and i told them not to renew my credit card info.

On March 15 they charged 14.69 to my credit card. I called them on April 16th and told them to refund the money. I was told at that time they had also charged 16.95 to my card on April 15. They said it was a mistake. As of today 4/20/06 i am still not showing a credit on my account.
