I want to complain about capital one.when my bill came from capital one it was 1,199.00 i call capital one fast i told them this is not my bill and capital one told me yes your bill and i told capital one send me prove there never send me no prove at all capital one call me everday and i told them i never sign or give them no permission please i need help on this thank you very much.
