Hi, I own 2 Salons in Kansas City. After receiving an order that I

purchased from this company recently, I was disappointed with the quality.

When I sent feedback on my particular complaint, they e-mailed me with

profanities and sent harrassing e-mails afterward. I had to block their

incoming e-mails!! Imagine a business conducting themselves like that? I

was further concerned with what they might do with my credit card

information that I used to set up a business account with them. I was

shocked to say the least!! I just stumbled upon this web-site,

Complaints.com, and saw that I wasn't the only one who suffered their

absolute disregard for courtesy. These people, whomever they are, never

deserve to succeed in business. Certainly have lost all future business

with me and I am a commercial buyer!
