FAILED SERVICE CALL

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Mrs. Kopp and I had a scheduled service call for today 4/19/06 from 1-5 pm. I did not even get a phone call from the Service man that he was running late or was not coming. I have called the office 6X got 6 different people and I was told that either he is still working, works till sheet is completed, he is not answering his cell phone, etc all excusses that I did not want to hear. I have taken the day off and for what I lost a days pay. I need to have my A/C in working condition ASAP. My husband is a diabetic and needs A/C. I have been a long time customer of Service America and never expected this type of service or reply from any of your reps who answer the phone. My contract number is 5050585.

My husband and I work for a living and can't afford to take another day off from business. I took off and worked according to your scheduled service man. Now work according to ours since the service call never HAPPENED. The service mans name is Steve.

 

I will be expecting a call at my business on 4/20/06 to schedule a service call ASAP

561 982 2087 plus I want to be compensated for taking the afternoon off and no service call as I also stated above not even a phone call. This is good customer service NOT.

 

Just to let you know I am not a very happy customer. Yes your advertisement states you take care of your customers and fix appliances when service calls happen NOT THIS TIME.
