In October 2005 they wrote to say that they had to cease trading from Sept 1st 2005 due to a 'serious incident with the local authorities in St Lucia'. They stated that their admin office would issue any outstanding share certificates and inform customers of the Liquidator's contact details.

I can get no response from SLF Services - the phone is disconnected and there are no answers to my recorded delivery mail.

Astrol Capital Markets was regulated by the FSSU, St Lucia and registered with Pinnacle, St Lucia but neither seems to have any knowledge about Astrol Capital Markets Ltd having ceased trading and are not pursuing any enquiries.

I have 2 share certificates outstanding. Analyst Investment and Digital Cybermasters plc. I wrote to both companies who have confirmed that no shares have been sold in the name of Astrol Capital Markets Ltd or to myself so it seems that this was a fraudulent act.

I have emailed various companies and government offices in St Lucia (as it was 'serious incident with the local authorities in St Lucia') but no one seems to want to get involved. I can find no one who can provide information or contact details of the company or the liquidator.
