Complaint against passenger Ms. Supriya Sripada

This passenger bought a Northwest Airlines ticket from us. We ahd explained all the cancellations and peanlties to the passenger before she bought the ticket. After a month, she decided to cancel it She approved paying the penalty via email. We cancelled the reservation and Norhtwest airlines cancelled the flight to Hyderabad. We worked with the airline to get her entier money back except the USD 50 as service charge of VK travels. Supriya approved this charge but asked us not to charge it to her now but after she got all her money as her CC did not have the limit.

By December she got her entire money back and we tried reaching her for our sservice charge. She would not pick up our calls or respond to our emails.

Sinc she had approved the USD 50 charge as she had given us all her CC details including the CVS security code, we charged it to her credit card on Dec 14.

In Feb 2006, she put it in dispute and refused to pay that amount. We sent her emails and also called her, but she would hear our voice and disconnect the phone. We tried to prove to our merchan company but they declared it in favor of the passenger.

We would like to report this incident so all other Travel agencies are wary of this passenger and can learn from our mistake .
