i want to complaint about capital one.when bill came from capital one it was 1,199.00 i call capital one same day and told them i do not owe you this money because not my bill capital one keeping call me everday and i told capital one i did not sign eny paper next I told capital one send me prove but there did not send me enything at all.capital one just keeping caller me everday now i did not sign eny paper or did not give no permission please help me about this bill thank you very much.
