Complain Dear Sir/Madam
I’m deeply distressed by an unpleasant incident at your California Fitness
Centre at Orchard Road. On last Thursday (30 March 2006) At the said centre.
I expressed my intension to the duty consultant to check out the facility, which
readily let me in on the condition that I surrender
My membership card (Bugis Junction Branch) 020163934
At the end of the trial, when I asked for the return of my card, the branch
manager (Mr. Andrew How) rudely told me that I’m not supposed
To be in the facility and must either upgrade my membership or pay S$30 for the
daily entries pass. I was completed taken aback as I was not notified prior to
entry on these condition.
As a satisfied member since September 2005. I would gladly pay a mere
S$30 or upgrade to use the Orchard Branch facility, But the manner which I was
treated that day certainly changed my good impression towards California
Fitness Branch.
I certainly don’t deserve to be shammed that way as
1. I made known clearly to the duty consultant that I’m member of your Bugis Branch.
2. It was not made known to me those conditions before entry.
I’m now in dilemma as to whether I should quit the membership or stay as the past experience at Bugis Branch was great
Your advice would be much appreciated
