Many websites offer you a link to optout of emails. However, the email address are bogus or invalid relams and it is impossible to get deleted from these lists. Be very careful before looking at any advertisers site because it is rarely the company who send these emails, but a mass advertiser who will not give the consumer access to unsubscribe.
