awakening customers

its been almost a month since ive placed an order in firstandsecond.com. and only a letter form their side saying the book is out of stock, after i made the payment. why do they have to advertise when they dont have it with them? i really dont understand.

and those customer complaints ive read, i feel like as if cheated. the inconvenience caused is realy deep. customers should avoid buying books from them.
