I've had serious issues with Green Dot Mastercard. They have no true power to stop an unauthorized charge. They want you to mail in all of your personal and private card information, instead of simply filing the complaint by phone and investigating the whole matter. They record all phone calls. They want you to send in all your vital information.

They record phone calls. That should be legal and binding enough.
