Thermoguard Hurrricane & Solar Protection

My husband and I placed a $2,500.00 deposit to have the above named company place a roof guard on our roof. It is a coating to protect your roof during a hurricane. We had roof damage after several hurricanes in Florida and thought this might be a good investment. After getting several roof repair estimates we decided that we couldn't afford the roof guard and requested our deposit back. The company had never stared any work other than taking the measurements of our roof. Since February we have been attempting to retrieve our deposit. The company has been giving us the run around. We need our deposit back. Please help. This is the company information.
