Opel Astra/ Unreliable parts are now at my own expense Dear manager,
1999: I had bought an Opel Astra 17 turbo diesel 1999: Break switch defective .>>>>replaced by local opel expense 2003: Alternator was replaced because they were defective 2003: Drive belt, timing belt, 8 valves & cylinder head damaged.>>>>replaced by local opel expense 2003: Air flow meter faulty>>>>>>> replaced, partially paid at my own expense 2006:Fuel Injection pump bearing part 5819036 was replaced at my own expense
Now that I am using my opel Astra more frequently, problems are getting out. The above details are only partial. I have a family with three kids and I/we deserve to get a good car.
- Example: The original part (Fuel Injection pump )should have been more reliable & should have last after many years not after just 6 years (less then 20000 km).
- This part was one of those defective parts from the start and opel managers knows that by sure.
- Now we have had also feedback from various opel customers whom had opel problems like we did, including the fuel pump.
- Normally I go to opel dealer United automobile, Malta, for the repairs/service. I always used original parts.
"I am here complaining to get my money back(refund) for the replaced fuel pump.(415.25 MTL) !!"
Thanks for your support,
Waiting for your reply.
