Filing a complaint

Hello:

I would like to file the following complaint:

In the last week of March 2006, I did some internet research on loans for people with very bad credit. I ended up getting directed to CitiFinancial through several "bad credit loan" internet sites...so I decided to apply, since it was apparent that CitiFinancial was in the business of giving loans to people who have fallen on hard times and have had their credit degraded to a very low level.

I applied for a small loan, JUST so I could help rebuild my credit. On April 16, 2006, I received a letter stating I was denied this loan.

Since ALL of the "bad credit loan" websites directed me to CitiFinancial, I find this as yet ANOTHER lie, falsification, and false advertising on the part of a so-called "financial institution".

They are an institution all right, an institution based on lies and deceit, only to get the public to apply for loans they advertise, so they can ruin the credit scores purposely as to keep anyone from rebuilding their credit ratings. To what end, I dont know.

All I know is Im sick and tired of all these companies and "institutions" claiming they can give loans to people with bad credit and help rebuild credit for those who have fallen on hard times, and then do nothing but turn them down and claim that our "credit" was not good enough to get a loan!!!

WHY arent these companies sued for false advertising?
