Club Pogo Games... what happened?

Ever since I became a member of "Club Pogo" I haven't been able to access and subsequently play the games.

I paid $34.99 to become a member by credit card on 09 Apr 06 and I am a bit (no, extremely) exasperated and upset. I "made" a cute little picture of myself and THAT shows up. It seems that since the picture shows up correctly and it is not available to non-members that I would be considered a member.

I cannot even get into "Word Whomp" (my favorite) and when I get into "Scrabble" they ask for an additional $19.99 and tell me to download it. It had already been downloaded the day before it quit working!!

I know it seems a very trivial problem for a 47 year- old woman to be worried about. However, I am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Neuropathy, and 14 other "Medical Conditions" (as the doctors call them... I collect them like I used to collect Beanie Babies!). The only time I get out of the house is for a doctor's appointment. I really depend on my computer for entertainment, making friends, and an outlet to the world. LOL

Please look into this for me. I would be uymostly appreciative and really happy to get back to "the outside world".

I too paid to join and it has me as a temporary member whats up with that> I pay $5.99 a month that makes me a permanant member and I cant even make changes to the game! I am trying myself to find an address for pogo. I paid and purchased poppit for my grandaughter, and when it came time for me to write down my registration code, the screen went blank

and now they want another 19.99 to buy it again. How can I retreive that code?

I signed up for Club Pogo 9/2009 and I was playing free pogo for awhile but I paid 39.99 for a year and I can play games but I don't have the homepage of the club pogo. I don't understand why when I want to go to Club Pogo- the homepage doesn't come up? What am I doing wrong?
