We took AMC on 3/8/2005 with Reg no. 11688727.Your company executive promised us to change Carbon after six months till 2 years without our calls/notice. No one came to change these materials. So, I registered the complaint on 12/4/2006 number was 25311 and customer care lady told us that we will send the executive/technician tomarrow.But no person rectified the compliant.

Please take action ASAP.
