school pants/ supply of bad stock

respected sir ,

we have purchased 3 pants on tuesday ie on 11th of april' 2006 from natiional clothiers {the uniform shop} adress : 20 beadonpura ,karol bagh, new delhi -110005 .

i want to make a compllaint against them that they have provided us the pants which looses its size after a wash .after asking for the exchange of pants they misbehave with us they refuses to give us the new pant .they only exchange one pant and give us the newer pant of lower quality . kindly look after our complaint .
