(Dry Cleaning)

I have had two bad experiences with very poor customer

service at the following business:

One Price Dry Cleaning

18521 S. Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach, FL 33180

The latest problem arose when I dropped off my

clothing to be dry cleaned this week, and I was told

to pick them up after 5 p.m. on 4/13/06. So, I went

there to pick up my clothes as instructed and my

clothes had not been delivered from their off-site

location in Hollywood, FL. Since I was taking a trip

out of town the next day, I requested that they

deliver my clothes to my home in the morning. I was

told to call and speak to a manager named Maritza at

the hollywood office. I called and I advised her of

the above problem. Rather than appalogizing and

rectifying the situation, I was told that she did not

have a driver to do this, and that my clothes would be

delivered on the next afternoon to the North Miami

Beach location for me to pick up. I told her that I

need my clothes before my trip and demanded that she

deliver my clothes on the same day so I could have

them before leaving. She started yelling at me and

hung up the phone. I called back and informed her that

I would put in a complaint to the appropriate

organizations. I would also like to put in a complaint

to the owner of the business, the Better Business

Bureau, in addition to your website.

Needless to say, because of their incompetence and not

keeping their own predetermined delivery time, and

lack of cooperation on part of their management, I had

to buy some new clothes and take them on my trip. I

picked up my clothes from them on another day. I will

certainly tell my friends and family and coworkers

about this incident. I am sure no one would bring

their business to this drycleaner once they know about

such non-existent customer service. They definitely

did not acknowlege or take resposibility for their

mistake. I would like to find out what other possible

enitities I can find to put in my complaints about

this so called business.
